Newly reopened after considerable redecoration. Set in the beautiful village of Pumsaint and the Dolaucothi estate. Four double rooms with ensuites, two with shower. One with bath. One twin room with shower. Two rooms have lovely views across the extensive gardens to the rivers Cothi and Twrch. Relax in our residents lounge. And enjoy breakfasts in our residents dining room. Now fully licenced. Evening meal can be provided for guests, please enquire on booking. We are open to non residents on ,Saturdays and Sundays during the winter , with extended hours as from March 2025. Sunday lunches every Sunday from 5/1/25, bookings only. As from march 2025 we will also open for light lunches and cream teas.
The National Trust Dolaucothi estate is just over the road and has fabulous walking trails for all ages. Visit the fantastic goldmines and learn all about its history, tour the mines and pan for gold.
The Bird of prey experiences we offer to both residents and non residents, give you a chance to get up close to these magnificent birds.
