All rooms are en suite and have tea and coffee making facilities. All with colour TVs Langleigh House is situated in a quiet conservation area with Private car park, just five minutes walk from the city centre.

Wish I could rate this a ZERO. Went to house at 6 Howard Place but were taken to the second house at 9 Howard Place. First impression was ok until we actually stayed in room. Where to start... Dirty carpet, old TV mounted HIGH on the wall with multiple wires hanging down 2 feet and 2 remote controls, kettle on tray on floor with electric multiple extension and wires, tea pot dusty, bed was hard as a rock and did not have a mattress protector and can of spray polish left on shelf did he expect us to dust???. Bathroom had a light bulb dangling from ceiling with no cover, NO space to put toiletries, shower had black stains on sealant, fan had dust on it and cleaning cloth was left in bathroom on floor. Breakfast room smelled of dogs 2 which were allowed into breakfast area. One dog helped himself to my leftovers on my dish on the table after we got up!!!!!!!! Now for the best part - Owner entered our room unannounced and entered the bathroom while my wife was in there!!!!!
