I stayed recently at the Heathers with my husband for 10 days. We have recently relocated to London and were very confused and stressed in the beginning. Ron and Beryl were the most helpful and pleasant hosts I have ever met, and our stay at the Heathers was far more enjoyable that in any of the posh hotels we stayed at before.
I highly recommend staying with Ron and Beryl if you come to London on holiday - the location is perfect for travelling to the centre and you will certainly enjoy the spirit of their home.

I recently had the pleasure of staying as a guest at The Heathers Bed and Breakfast in the Catford area of London. I am from the U.S. and have made several business trips to England over the past several years. I have stayed at many B & Bs and have never been as pleased as I was with The Heathers. Beryl and Ron made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. They did everything possible to accomodate me. The room I stayed in was very well appointed, spacious, clean, warm and the bed was as comfortable as my bed at home. The breakfast is tailored to the desires of the guest, right down to the newspaper delivered by Ron with the first cup of coffee. I lost count of the number of times Ron delivered me to bus and train stops. They are a very special couple, genuine in their desire to make their guests as comfortable as possible. I look forward to my next visit to England and stay at The Heathers which I highly recommend for those on business or holiday travel.

We recently stayed at The Heathers with our grandson.
Upon our arrival we were met by our hosts Beryl and Ron at the train station and were made very welcome indeed, feeling at home straight away.
Accommodation and hospitality were excellent and of the highest standard, the beds so comfortable and the breakfasts were moreish I was particularly pleased to find Marmite among the extras !.
Beryl and Ron assured our stay was special and nothing was too much trouble - a delight to have stayed here.
About Lewisham
From The Heathers it is only a short train journey to the centre of London where all tourist activities take place. Churches, museums, shops and exhibitions. 10 minutes by train to London Bridge and 20 minutes to Charing Cross. Greenwich is well worth a visit and is only a short distance. Bromley is close by and The Glades is an excellent shopping area at more realistic prices than Central London.
Next door to Greenwich. Fast trains to central London. 20 minutes to Charing Cross and 10 minutes to London Bridge.
