Aria House Bed and Breakfast is a family run business, in a lovely Edwardian house located in the picturesque coastal town of Broadstairs, situated three hundred metres from the sandy beach at Viking Bay.
Our B&B is in the process of obtaining our star rating until then we will be offering our rooms at a reduced rate. We offer a full English breakfast and vegetarian options for our guests, in addition to offering free wireless internet access and flat screen freeview televisions in all rooms.
On arrival at Aria House you will be given a very warm welcome by your hosts Sarah and David, who will make every effort to make your stay in Broadstairs comfortable and enjoyable. In the morning you will be offered a comprehensive breakfast consisting of homemade and locally sourced produce whenever possible.

We have for our guests three rooms two with en suite facilities, and one with a private bathroom.

Just spent a night at this lovely b and b. The hosts David and Sarah went out of their way to make us welcome and the room and bathroom were absolutely beautiful. Would absolutely recommend it.
