About FRESHWATER
Seahorses B&B is situated near to both modern conveniences supermarket 5 minutes walk pubs, cafes, shops and swimming pool/health centre, 5-10 minutes walk and the spectacularly scenic coastal walks of the West Wight.We are an ideal gateway for outings to a wide variety of natural attractions. Within a 20 minute radius by car one can reach salt marshes,chalk downs and cliffs,pebble and sandy beaches, charming villages, hills and woodland etc There is truely an exceptional variety of habitat within a very short area, which is also wonderful for bird-watchers, flower lovers and ramblers alike.For those who enjoy of good food, there are some well recommended pubs within walking distance of Seahorses. In particular we would like to mention the Red Lion which is also dog friendly.For the more budget conscious there is a good Chinese take-away 10 minutes walk away Hong Kong Express which also does sit down meals Also near by is a good Indian restaurant which also does take away.Yarmouth, which is only 5 minutes by car,has a wide selection of pubs, cafes and restaurants.Dont forget, we have a bus stop right outside our entrance ready to whisk you away and explore further afield! Last,but not least,we have one of the many hundreds of Island footpaths passing right through our garden.
