The Kings Head is a friendly 15th century inn situated just a short walk from the city centre. Our inn is included in the CAMRA 2010 Good Beer Guide. A wide range of snacks and meals are served lunchtimes and evenings either in the bar or separate dining room. In the bar you will also find a satellite TV and a range of pub games including darts, bar billiards and chess etc. The three comfortable cosily furnished letting rooms have shower and toilet facilities, flat screen TVs with Freesat, tea/coffee making facilities, toiletries and a hairdryer. Guests also have access to free Wifi. Behind the inn is a pleasant outdoor drinking area and garden where the Kentish game of Bat & Trap is played during the summer months. There is also a covered heated shelter where you can relax. Restricted resident parking is available on our drive at the side of the inn or in the nearby public car park.
