The Palms Guest House Reviews
About Falmouth
Falmouth has the third deepest natural harbour in the world, hence the variety of shipping coming and going, Sailing being one of the most popular pastimes here. The town of Falmouth has all the usual shops and some of the unusual. there are many great restaurants and pubs in the town many by the harbour with lovely views. Pendennis Castle is very interesting and has great views to see all the boating and across the water to St Mawes Castle. Gyllynvase Beach has a blue flag and a fab cafe/bar right on the beach. Trebah Gardens and next door Glendurgan are a short drive away. St Ives, St Michaels Mount, Penzance and the Eden Project all about 3/4 to 1 hours drive.
