Warm and friendly,situated in a quite cul-de-sac in the Newington area of Edinburgh,our guest houseis on a main bus route into town and within walking distance to Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace.The house has been refurbished to a high standard for the comfort of our guests whilst still maintaining many tradional features.
All rooms have en-suite shower rooms and our single room has a private bathroom.
