Located on the main A24 into Worthing and just a mile from the A27 the guest house is well placed for exploring Worthing, Sussex as well as for those passing throught o the Channel ports or West Country. Just 10 minutes walk from the main line railway station with excellent links to London as well as Brighton, Gatwick and the Portsmouth line.

I have not previously stayed at Manor Guest House under its current ownership but rang at relatively short notice to try to book four rooms for a family event. With a bit of juggling, Peter was able to accommodate us all and at a very reasonable rate. On arrival, we received a very warm welcome and Pippa and Peter did everything they could to make us comfortable for the three nights of our stay. I am amazed at what they have achieved in the short time they have owned the guest house the rooms are finished to the highest standard and are extremely clean and tidy. Friendliness and service are impeccable with nothing being too much trouble. Thank you Pippa and Peter.

There were 6 of our family that stayed over the weekend and we all can say that we thoroughly enjoyed the guest house and in particular Peter & Pippa who were the perfect hosts which made our stay perfect. We have no quarms what so ever and the breakfastsand rooms were great. We will certainly recommend this guest house to all our friends who live up here in East Yorkshire.

I stayed at Manor Guest House for 2 weeks and found the quality of rooms, breakfast and service absolutely superb. I would definitely recommend it everyone. Peter and Pippa go out of their way to accommodate guests needs. Excellent friendly service!

Peter and Pippa made us and our two children very welcome during our stay. We had a good sized double room that had been converted to accomodate both our children in two single beds. Good en-suite facilities, very clean, comfortable and tidy. The cooked breakfast was very good. The main road can be a little noisy but this wasnt a problem for us. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others. A real home from home and very good value.

i cannot thank Peter and Pippa enough, i flew in from Tenerife, my flight was late but they still got up for me and accommodated me in every way even offering me a late breakfast so i could have a lie in!.
i was only there for 2 nights and it is the most comfortable bed and breakfast i have stayed in, the room was immaculate, the facilities were the same.
i feel that Peter and Pippa went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.
i would highly recommend the Manor Guest house for business people, families or couples wanting a quick break away

I have stayed at this B&B twice over the past few weeks and on both occasions I have been warmly welcomed and the owners, Peter and Pippa, have been exceptionally thoughtful as well as able to suggest interesting places to visit. Both times the bed has been very comfortable and though the room I chose was not en suite, accessing the bathroom was not a problem at all. The guest house is easily accessible from the main road between Arundel and Brighton and is easy to locate. There is on-site parking. Both Pippa and Peter were kind and thoughtful hosts.
