We are just a 3 minutes walk from the heart of the historic citadel of Rye, with its rich history, quaint cobbled streets, ancient landmarks, galleries, museums, cosy pubs, restaurants and unique little shops.
Rye train station is also only a 3 minutes walk away.
Lovely walks can be started straight from the house. After a few minutes walk along next to the river Tillingham visitors can enjoy the beautiful views across fields, meandering rivers and valley to the sea.
Discover treasures such as the nearby beaches and dunes at Camber Sands, the pebble beaches at Winchelsea or the unique and beautiful nature reserve at Rye Harbour, to name just a few.
Relax and enjoy the idyllic and peaceful countryside surrounding Rye or visit castles, gardens and many other attractions the area has to offer.

The accommodation is situated in the wing behind the Bed and Breakfast.
It is double glazed, centrally heated and has its own separate entrance door.
I comprises of full en-suite facility, an open plan room with concertina wall dividing the well-equipped kitchenette and dining area from the sleeping area.
In the sleeping area there is a double bed, an easy chair, digital TV/ DVD player and a video player.
