We were delighted with this very clean, comfortable and cosy Bed and Breakfast. Rooms were tastefully furnished and soft furnishings added colour to the cosy rooms. Food was delicious - with a good selection of fresh fruit, fruit juices, yogurts and cereals. Cooked full Scottish breakfast was fresh and hot with ample tea and toast available. The guest lounge was comfortable and homely with lovely views of the large garden complete with stream - a lovely way to chill after our days at the’ T In The Park’ festival. More importantly, the welcome we received from hosts - Heather and Cedric, their delightful children and not forgetting the gorgeous choc. lab. Snoopy - was warm and friendly. We weren’t restricted to return times and felt comfortable returning to the B & B in the early hours of the morning. Heather and Cedric were more than helpful in preparing us for the festival with bus timetables and taxi numbers. If we decide to return to Kinross for the T In The Park again we will definitely contact the Woodlands for a booking!
