I was just browsing and came across this site.Thought it was a shame that nobody had left a review. We stayed at the Rycoft a couple of years ago and my memories of it are of a spotlessly clean, well run place. The proprietor struck me as rather strange, but his wife was the epitome of efficiency. The breakfasts were excellent and freshly cooked. We has a lovely large room that had previously been two.A delightful little reading room was a welcome addition. We never went back because we moved to Scotland, but would certainly call again if in the area.
