| Our snug room as the name suggest is compact & bijou but at only 65.00 pound a night including full English breakfast for 2 we are the cheapest B&B in the area. The room has a double bed with en-suite shower room and has amazing views across the Axe Valley. It has all the facilities you need with utensils, glasses & corkscrew with a microwave & fridge for your convenience to use, if you prefer a cosy night in or just relaxing in front of the open fire. |

| The B&B Suite has 3 rooms & situated on the whole of the first floor. It can accommodate an extra adult for 25 pound
The master bedroom has a kingsize bed with a luxury en-suite overlooking mature gardens.
Next to your bedroom is your private dining & lounge room. It has a single bed, dining table with chairs and a 2 seater reclining settee. It also has a microwave & fridge with ice box. This room has stunning countryside views over the Axe Valley with beautiful sunsets.
Both rooms are tastefully decorated and yet retain a homely informal atmosphere to relax in. As you are the only guests on the first floor our Suite offers you a private & spacious accommodation. |

| The B&B studio enjoys wonderful views across the Axe Valley and provides a private & comfortable base to explore Devon, Dorset & Somerset.
It has been decorated & furnished to a high standard. It has an open plan living and sleeping accommodation. The bathroom has a large shower, toilet & sink.
It is ideal for couples or those with walking difficulties as the studio is on ground level with easy access and no internal or external steps.
Although detached it lies within the grounds of the main house and has its own car parking space. |
