An Eco demonstration project on the most Northerly Island in GB, or, if you live in Edinburgh, Scotland. We have a very large en-suite double room, with facilities. There is a king size bed, with sea views overlooking the bay at Uyeasound, Unst, Shetland. Uyeasound is in the south east of the island, three mikles from the ferry terminal. We also have a walk in wet room which visitors can use if they prefer showering. We grow most of our own vegetables year round, which are organicaslly grown. We provide Bed & Breakfast, and if required, dinner. We cater for most dietry rerquirements.
