10 mins walk from the train station and 5 mins from historic town centre. The house is a back to front terrace in an usually peaceful position. The approach is from the back, however the front looks over the leafy gardens, burn and woodland, tea can be served outside weather permitting! There is always an array of home-made cakes on offer with tea, to be served any time anywhere.



Rooms

We have a family room that sleeps 5 with two double bed and a single in it and toilet and sink attached. A twin and a double. All beautifully decorated.
