Just 5 minutes from M25/Jnc 10 , its within half an hour of Heathrow and Gatwick airports and London is 40 minutes by train from Cobham & Stoke DAbernon or Effingham Junction stations. It is hard to believe that such a delightful rural location can offer such convenience making it an ideal bolt hole for business executives or those keen to explore the many attractions of the area. Its also ideal for those attending weddings at the various popular venues in the locality, where the freedom to come and go as you please is helpful.

Cobham 1.5 miles is a charming small town with a good variety of shops, supermarkets and businesses as well as pubs and restaurants. RHS Wisley and several National Trust properties are close by, as are Brooklands Motor and Aviation museum, Hampton Court Palace, Chessington World of Adventures and Thorpe Park. For cyclists, its worth noting that we are on the Surrey Cycle Way and for walking/running, there are the 800 acres of Chatley Heath with its semaphore tower and Ockham Common on the doorstep.
B&B breakfast is continental style and includes our home-made bread, home-made jams and marmalade and our own honey. Fresh eggs from our neighbours chickens are also available. Evening meals and afternoon cakes can be provided on request and will be charged separately. All meals are prepared and cooked by the owners using fresh, local produce wherever possible.
