All of our rooms have been sympathetically renovated, whilst keeping the nooks and crannies and original character of the Victorian heritage. Careful attention to design and space has enhanced even the smallest attic room. All guest rooms have double glazed sash or traditional dormer windows that replicate the original style. Rooms on the first floor 1 to 7 are individually decorated in a boutique style and, depending on aspect, have stunning views of the village, fells and famous Coniston Old Man.
There is a luxury suite on the second floor Lookout Suite room 11 comprising a double bedroom with feature bath, separate twin bedded room, bathroom shower. There are 3 additional guest rooms on the second floor, rooms 8-10, and these are furnished to the same high standard. All rooms have flat screen TV’s, free WiFi access, tea & coffee making facilities and ensuite bathrooms. All our rooms offer facilities as standard that you would normally associate with quality hotels. All room rates include breakfast.
