Our three bedrooms two en-suite, one with private bathroom with bath and shower offer great flexibility, whether you want single, double or twin, we are confident that you will find we have rooms to suit your needs.

All en-suites have towel-rail/radiators so that you can have warm, dry towels all year round. The rooms are comfortably furnished and equipped with your needs in mind. They are carpeted, centrally heated and double-glazed . Each room has wardrobe and drawer space as well as a desk/dressing table area.
There is a colour T.V. , drink making facilities, fridge with fresh milk in Dining room, hair dryer and alarm-clock . We use winter or summer-weight duvets as appropriate for the bedding .
